Finsbury Trust has entered a new chapter in its distinguished history with the official opening of Finsbury House, its newly acquired and refurbished landmark headquarters at 32 Line Wall Road.
This significant investment marks a defining milestone for the firm, which for over 40 years has been at the forefront of Gibraltar’s financial services industry. The new headquarters stand prominently at the gateway to Main Street, overlooking Queensway, in the iconic building that was formerly home to Hambros Bank since the early 1980s.
Spread across two floors, Finsbury House offers state-of-the-art facilities for the company’s 75-strong team as well as modern client spaces, reflecting the firm’s commitment to excellence and innovation. The move underscores Finsbury Trust’s confidence in Gibraltar as an international business hub and its commitment to long-term growth.
Coinciding with the relocation, Finsbury Trust has unveiled a comprehensive rebrand designed to honour its heritage while projecting a bold, contemporary identity. The refreshed brand represents the firm’s evolution and continued success in providing corporate, trust and fund services to clients worldwide across a range of industries including real estate, technology, financial services, fintech, gaming, marine and sports.
David Cuby, Chairman of Finsbury Trust, commented:
“This is more than a change of address -it is a statement of intent. Finsbury House represents an investment in the future of our business, designed with both our people and our clients in mind. The new facilities showcase the modern face of Finsbury, while our rebrand reinforces our values and our vision for the future, thoughtfully preserving the essence of who we are.
We are proud of our journey and excited about the opportunities ahead. With our new home and revitalised identity, we are better positioned than ever to support our clients locally and internationally with the high standards of trust and service that have defined Finsbury for more than four decades.”
The new premises and brand were formally unveiled at a launch event, attended by Chief Minister Fabian Picardo and His Excellency the Governor, Sir Benjamin Bathurst, alongside distinguished guests, clients and staff.
