The Covid-19 outbreak is causing considerable disruption to people’s lives and businesses around the world. The situation continues to evolve with everyone adapting on a daily basis.
We have taken measures to implement our Business Continuity Program in order to safeguard the health and safety of our employees, whilst maintaining a continuity of service during these unprecedented times.
The Government of Gibraltar has introduced a general lock down as from Tuesday 24th March. Our staff has been equipped to work remotely and we remain open for business during this extraordinary health crisis. Our emails and systems are operational, with landlines diverted to staff members’ mobile phones, as needed. Please note you may need to wait up to seven ring tones for the line diversion to take place.
We are closely following the guidance and recommendations of the Government of Gibraltar. This is a global challenge we are all facing and working through together in order to mitigate the spread and impact of the virus.
I am extremely proud of how quickly our staff has adapted to this new working situation and how everyone has pulled together to make it as seamless as possible. With our Business Continuity Program in place, we continue to strive to maintain our high levels of service, despite the virus outbreak and general lockdown. Although there may be some delays, we will of course endeavour to keep any interruption to a minimum.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your loved ones excellent health and good fortune during these challenging times. Stay safe, keep calm and please do not hesitate to reach out to your usual contacts at Finsbury Trust, should you require any further information or assistance. If you find any difficulty in contacting any of us, please call +350 200 40000 or email admin@finsburytrust.com which we are consistently monitoring.
Warm regards,
David Cuby
