"I have worked at Finsbury for 25 years and in this time have climbed the Corporate ladder to my current position of Senior Corporate Executive. I started in a junior position and due to the generous opportunities of training programmes available and funded by the Company, I undertook studies in the ICSA programme and obtained a Diploma in my field and further studies at master’s level. Finsbury provide great encouragement for studies and development across the board which is made available to all their staff"

Amanda Marsh,
Senior Corporate Services Executive

"I joined Finsbury back in October 2004 as Client Services Administrator in the Banking Department. It was my first job at a young age of 17. Since then I have grown in the department with hard work and determination as a Client Services Executive. Finsbury has shown me not only how to grow within the work force but also as a person. Its friendly environment will also help you along your career - that’s why we call ourselves the Finsbury Family"

"I joined Finsbury Trust as a Credit Controller in 2001, and from early on it was clear that they are an employer that will support you in progressing and enhancing your position within the company. In addition to providing training and qualifications in accounting, the role evolved into something where I had the opportunity to meet with clients and their intermediaries and was able to progress away from the “back-office” function that Credit Control is usually associated with. In 2014 I was given the opportunity to take on a Compliance role which has been challenging and very rewarding, and Finsbury has fully supported me throughout this process by providing access to seminars and other ongoing training in order to develop my position"

Christopher Farrell,
Senior Compliance Executive

"Having joined Finsbury at a very young age, I strongly feel that Finsbury has proven to be the perfect firm to enable my professional development, I am pleased to be part of the “Finsbury Family"

Jorgen Haveland,
Senior Trust Services Executive
